What Helen Read #26: May 2018

Another month and Helen kicked my butt on the reading front. She had some great reads for May.

Here's what Helen read for the last month.

Helen always has a fab reading month. Let's see what stood out for her ...

I read a couple of fabulous romantic suspense books in May. Kendall Talbot’s Out Of Reach and Sarah Barrie’s Bloodtree River were both edge of your seat suspensful, fabulous romances. One set in South America and one in Tasmania. I highly recommend both of them.

I read a few Women’s Fiction stories. The Paris Seamstress by Natasha Lester, a time slip that was amazing. The Last Of The Bonegilla Girls
by Victoria Purman about New Australians arriving back in 1954, about how they coped and what happened to them by 2018. A must read. And The Things We Don't Say by Ella Carey, set in England and covers sixty years with two bohemian artists and their lives, was such a compelling story.

I have to give a mention to Alyssa J Montgomery’s The Irresistible Royal. This one sizzled and I loved it.

And Beth Prentice’s Deathly Desire: Lizzie was a fabulous cosy mystery that will have you smiling.

And of course, all of the Harlequins I read I really enjoy. Therea are so many different series for what I fancy on the day, whether they are sizzling Presents or a Medical or a very sweet romance. I couldn’t go a month without reading some.

Well, here's what Helen read. What do you think? Did you read any of the same books? What did you read this month? Tell us below.
